Description
From left to right: Nina, Andrei, Leto.
The disfunctional soul collecting team that begins doubting their purpose and ends up starting a revolution. Please not the language of flowers that was put into these portraits There's daffodils (which are coincidentally one of my favourite flowers), poorly drawn geraniums, and aconite.
I forgot I retcon'd Leto's skin to be dark so I accidentally made him pale, then i ended up trying to fix it in photoshop... I also think I didn't do Nina's skintone justice, which is a darker shade than what's pictured, but lighter than Leto's, definitely a couple of shades darker than Andrei's. This is what you get when you're not experienced at watercoloring skintones, you end up whitewashing everybody
more Prism's Edge art, where you can see Leto's skin in its proper melanin glory:

Watercolor? Welp, I know what I'm doing on the side for the rest of the afternoon. So many new characters to learn about~ Are they just part of a personal story or a bigger project in the background of everything?
It's neat to see another who tries so many different techniques. Skintones in watercolor are always a fun but difficult study. These seem to be really fun portraits all around.
